This meetup will be a place where we can share our EMDR experiences and challenges with this very difficult and taxing psychotherapeutic technique. I have 2 years of experience with EMDR. All levels of experience are welcome as well as those considering it as a treatment option. This group is a support group. There will be no therapy. ✌️
