What we’re about
##### Discover The Rare Healing System From China, Passed Down From One Monk To The Next For Nearly Eight Hundred Years!
##### Lineage is the definition (or connection) of how qigong methods are passed down. This is important because without a direct connection grounded in solid energetic methods, most of your efforts can be wasted.
The Emei Qigong Healing System has an unbroken lineage of almost 800 years. Based on a specific healing frequency that originated at Emei Mountain in China. This energetic frequency is at the heart of all the Emei teachings.... whether qigong, meditation, chanting, or sound healing.
Emei is a complete healing system encompassing energetic cultivation through several different tools including sound, movement, visualization and breathing.

Exploring the Profound Practice of Chan Meditation
Chan meditation, also known as Zen in Japan, is a profound and transformative form of meditation that has its roots in ancient Chinese Buddhism. More than just a meditation technique, Chan is a way of life, a path to understanding the nature of reality, and a means to achieve spiritual awakening. At its core, Chan meditation emphasizes the direct experience of reality, free from conceptual limitations and mental constructs. It's about going beyond words and thoughts to directly perceive the truth that lies beneath the surface of our ordinary understanding.
The Essence of Chan Meditation
Central to Chan meditation is the cultivation of mindfulness and awareness. Practitioners are encouraged to observe their thoughts, emotions, and sensations without attachment or judgment.By doing so, they begin to understand the transient nature of these mental phenomena, realizing that they are not the essence of who we are.
Breath awareness is often used as a focal point in Chan meditation. By anchoring attention to the breath, practitioners learn to still the mind, allowing thoughts to arise and pass without becoming entangled in them. This practice helps develop concentration and clarity, which are essential for deeper insights.
This session delves into meditation concepts and includes a longer meditation practice in this style. Beginners Welcome!
