This class is great for beginners or advanced students. You can learn the form and fine-tune the movements and breathing of this energizing form.
What is the "Qi Feeling Form"?
The Emei 'ancient style' can help people easily feel the Qi through the standing form.
In just 3~5 minutes you will be able to feel very strong Qi sensations. This practice nourishes and energizes your internal organs and makes them more efficient and effective.
It also increases spiritual awareness and connection.
During this class we will break down each movement and coordinated breathing sequence. To end the class we will do the form in its entirety to Tibetan Style, Emei Qigong Sound Meditation Music.
