Start your day with intention, gentle movement, and the healing energy of Qigong and Tai Chi.
Join Master Stan Pannone and Ken Hoffman (Emei Qigong Level 3 Practitioner & Tai Chi Teacher) for a 40-minute Live Qigong Morning Fitness Class—Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8:00 AM (Phoenix, AZ).
We’ll stretch, energize, and center using the Emei Qigong 18 Methods and The Standing Form, guided by core Qigong and Tai Chi principles.
