Experience receiving a qigong healing while in a silent group energy field meditation. We start by setting our intention for the healing, the healing is initiated by Pat and then each participant can start chanting or listening to the Emei Universal mantra initially. The purpose is to harmonize and initiate balance within the united energy field. We then drop into silence to observe the healing Qi within during this process.
We close with qigong to realign back fully into the taiji state. There is time afterwards for discussion.
