Cypher at Jefferson park

THIS SATURDAY 9/24 (and every 2 weeks after that) we will meet on beacon hill at Jefferson park. I will get there at noon and probably stay until 330 or 4 depending on how many people say they want to come. I have this event set for every 2 weeks and y’all can meet there without me if I can’t make it. We can figure out indoor options if weather gets crazy. Read below for important rules and information.

If you can’t stay the whole time or have to come late that’s fine, any time you can spend with us at the Cypher is appreciated. Important rules below.

GROUND RULES:
I don’t really want to hear any arguments against it if you don’t want to follow the rules please just don’t show up.

1. IF YOU ARE NOT BLACK DO NOT SAY THE N WORD IN ANY VARIATION NO EXCEPTIONS. This goes for any other slur as well if you’re not part of that group you don’t get to say it.

2. no clowning anyone outside of an agreed upon battle situation, this is for all levels of freestyler and we want to make everyone feel welcomed and starting beef or putting someone down doesn’t encourage that.

3. avoid LGBTQ-phobic language. Again we’re here to fellowship and make everyone feel comfortable.

4. masks are optional, vaccinations are preferred. If you have any symptoms of any sickness DO NOT COME. In the same vein don’t spout any anti-mask/vax nonsense.

5. no MAGA attire or talking points. I want to be inclusive, so if you’re conservative and want to come I want you here. But I will not be tolerant of the intolerant. If you can’t avoid being divisive/playing devils advocate etc. you should not come.

If you do not want to follow these rules you will be removed from the group.
