The Four Keys of Emerging Leadership

Last month we got our first taste of "intersubjective" practice, which we will continue to work with in an ongoing way.

Over the next several months, we will be building on those basic principles and practices to explore the FOUR KEYS of Emerging Leadership: Wake Up, Grow Up, Clean Up, Show Up.

Waking Up refers to the realization of radical freedom, interdependence and wholeness that is the essence of our experience.

Growing Up refers to embracing higher levels of complexity with care and compassion as we evolve through different stages of consciousness and culture.

Cleaning Up refers to healing our individual and collective wounds, and reintegrating all the fragmented parts of ourselves.

Showing Up refers to the way we embody our fullness, our passion, our purpose, and contribute our gifts to have a positive impact on a world in need.

Taken together, these Four Keys provide a comprehensive and coherent map of human potential that can help us on our inner journey of transformational leadership.

When Gandhi said you must BE the change you wish to see, this is what he was talking about.

When Einstein said we can't solve our problems from the level of thinking that created them, this is what he was talking about.

This framework, and the practices that emerge from it, are at the core of this group's mission. If we want to create a more beautiful world that works for everyone, the work starts in our very own hearts, minds, and bodies.
