Oscar strive to identify the why to grow superstars. Previous work has evolved around coaching startups, this leading to the start of over 40 companies and 800 coached teams. After that Oscar has started his own company building part of the foundation with master students. Today he leads innovation at Cybercom to create a digital solutions that are sustainable for the future and for the user. This is powered from the department Innovation Zone that also handle master thesis work, and Oscar run 4 parallel AI/ML questions.
