A Glasgow-based community for people who want to make more intelligent decisions, achieve meaningful goals, and improve different areas of their lives.
I’m Emil Eagle, The Eagle Guide. My mission is to guide people toward their goals while helping them make more intelligent decisions along the way.
My approach comes from my own life journey. Over more than 20 years, I have experienced ambitious goals, career success, business failures, major personal setbacks, rebuilding, and many decisions that worked—as well as decisions that definitely did not.
My professional background in technology, Business Intelligence, consulting, and designing systems has also taught me to look at problems from different perspectives and use information to make decisions.
From those experiences, I am developing my Intelligent Decisions Compass: a practical approach to navigating choices in life. Rather than telling people what they should do, the idea is to explore the available directions, understand the consequences and opportunities, and help people choose their own path.
Our meetups can explore money, time, career, business, technology, AI, personal development, goals, relationships, wellbeing, and other areas of life. Different events will focus on different topics, but they share the same underlying question:
How can we make more intelligent decisions?
Sessions may include discussions, practical exercises, experiments, workshops, guest speakers, and opportunities to meet people with different experiences and perspectives.
You don't need to be an expert. Bring your experiences, questions, ideas, goals, and curiosity.
