IRC Meeting

First IRC meeting with regular weekly fixture. Omar is absent until next week, Joseph cannot attend, so our meeting will discuss our virtual presence on the internet. Everyone is welcome to suggest more discussion topics.

Silviu, with previous experience in the Romanian LoCo, will be chairing the meeting. I (Toki) will be absent in this meeting, and as such I'll state my opinion in the comments.

As I mentioned earlier, the IRC meeting will be a weekly fixture, so the most convenient day and timing will be decided as per the first point.
