今回の砧公園は用賀にあります。
鎌倉時代に瑜伽(ユガ)ヨーガの道場があった土地
『用賀でYOGA』シャレのようですが縁がある場所だそうな。

自然と繋がるお外のヨガと音楽、是非お楽しみください！

Would you like to experience connecting with nature and yourself while practicing yoga outdoors, accompanied by music? Reflecting external sensations inward, let's expand our personal space and broaden our perspective to find hints for living better and return to our true selves.

This time, the venue is Kinuta Park in Yohga. This land once hosted a dojo for yoga during the Kamakura period.

Though it may sound like a pun, "YOGA in Yoga" seems to have a meaningful connection.

Enjoy practicing yoga outdoors, connecting with nature, and accompanied by music!

LOCATION : KINUTA Park (15min. from YOGA Statoin of Denentoshi Line)
