Identifying safety

Details

In our life we focus on where is danger and what is broken that we are perpetually living in fear and that becomes our default behavior to fear everything.

But what if our default is safety. It’s not that challenges won’t come to us, they will. If we live in a safe space within us we will have more capacity to deal with the challenges. More clarity and our physical, mental system will be at peace.

We all have experienced safety at some point in our lives, in this session we will explore where we experienced safety and how it felt.

It is digging our memories and finding all the time, space we found safety and how it felt in our body. Once we have access to that feeling we can always remember the experience and go back to it, when we need it.

This is building a toolbox of support system we can carry with us.

Note that when we focus on danger we believe we are in attack and we lower our immune system. If we have access to safety within us, our system is strong to handle any challenges effectively.

Session will be guided meditation and also walking through time snapshot in our life to dig memories of safety!

Hope to see you there!
