Healthy lifestyle is about knowing what your body needs and implementing it as small habits in your daily life. All of it science based, what I learned for the past 5 years.

I'm making a series of meetups that will give you a basic understanding of important topics like exercise, nutrition, mental health and so on.

  • what we can do to improve or cardio health
  • why we need that
