What we’re about

Welcome ❤️

This group is a safe, supportive space for anyone who has experienced or currently experiencing emotional/psychological/narcissistic abuse—whether in romantic relationships, family dynamics, friendships, or workplace environments.

Emotional abuse can leave invisible wounds: confusion, self-doubt, anxiety, loss of confidence, and a feeling of being disconnected from yourself. This group exists to remind you that you are not alone, and that healing is possible.

Together, we focus on:
• Understanding emotional abuse and its impact
• Rebuilding self-trust and self-worth
• Sharing experiences without judgement or pressure,
• Learning healthy boundaries and emotional safety
• Choosing peace, clarity, and growth

You do not need to have everything figured out.
You don’t need to have left the situation.
You don’t need to label your experience.
You don’t need to share unless you want to.

You are welcome exactly as you are.

🌱 Who This Group Is For

This group is for:
• People currently in emotionally abusive situations
• People who have left but are still healing and processing
• People who feel confused, stuck, or unsure whether what they experienced “counts”
• People recovering from narcissistic traits such as gaslighting, manipulation, lack of empathy, or control
• Anyone seeking clarity, validation, and emotional safety

This group is inclusive of all genders, backgrounds, and orientations, and welcomes people at any stage—from awareness to healing.

🧭 What to Expect at Meetups

Each meetup will gently include:
• A grounding and calm welcome
• Optional sharing (there is never pressure to speak)
• Guided discussions around emotional and narcissistic abuse
• Space for reflection, listening, and validation
• A respectful close focused on emotional safety

This group is not therapy or crisis intervention, but a peer-led support space centred on shared understanding and compassion.

🔒 Group Guidelines & Boundaries

To keep this space safe for everyone:
• 🤍 Confidentiality is essential – what’s shared stays within the group
• 🤍 No diagnosing or labelling others – we focus on behaviours, not names
• 🤍 No unsolicited advice or fixing
• 🤍 No graphic or re-traumatising details
• 🤍 All experiences are valid – abuse does not have to look extreme to be real
• 🤍 You may pass or just listen at any time

Respect for these boundaries is required to protect the wellbeing of all members.

🌸 Trigger-Safe & Support Statement

Discussions may include topics such as emotional manipulation, narcissistic behaviours, gaslighting, trauma bonding, or recovery from controlling relationships. You are encouraged to prioritise your wellbeing, take breaks, or step away if needed. Your safety—emotional and otherwise—comes first.

If you are currently in danger or experiencing physical harm, please seek immediate professional or emergency support.

✨ Message From the Host

“I created this group from my own experience. I know what it feels like to be unheard, confused, and emotionally worn down by relationships that slowly erode your sense of self. This space exists not only because I’ve lived it—but because I want others to feel supported, understood, and less alone. Healing isn’t linear, and you don’t have to do it alone.”

This is a space for clarity, gentleness, and truth.
A place to choose peace over chaos, one step at a time.🕊️
