This first session is a gentle welcome and introduction to the group.

It’s designed to help you get a feel for the space, understand how the group works, and meet others in a calm, pressure-free way. There is no expectation to share personal details or experiences.

This session is especially suitable if:

  • You’re feeling nervous or unsure
  • You’re still in a difficult or confusing situation
  • You’re not ready to talk yet
  • You just want to listen and feel things out

What this session will include:

  • A warm welcome and overview of the group
  • Group guidelines and emotional safety
  • Optional, light introductions (first name only, or you may pass)
  • Gentle discussion around what support means
  • Time to listen, reflect, or simply be present

You are welcome to participate in whatever way feels right for you — including just listening.
