I have been working with binge eating disorder and emotional eating for 8 years and as all my clients say, they can tell how much I love this work!
I see binging as a symptom that something else is going on that needs attention. Most of us are completely disconnected from our bodies and our feelings.
This weekend will cover what binging is, why dieting doesn't work, our judgments around emotional eating, exercises and experiences to help connect you to your more authentic self, and finally, ways to help yourself use food less often because you are living a more full life!
