WHAT IS COURAGE + CAPACITY CULTIVATION?

This guided somatic practice develops courage and capacity in the specific emotional processing skills that generate brave, authentic compassionate response toward yourself and others.

Come with a current life situation in mind that feels challenging. Kate will lead the group through this gentle “emotional oil change.” We will have some time for (optional) sharing at the end.

Through your practice, you will find healing from your old paradigms and liberation of your new paradigms – by building honest and supportive relationships with parts of yourself. ❤️‍🩹

It's only from a strong inner relationship with self that we're able to make a sustainable difference in our world. ✨
