Join us for a guided Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping circle focused on stress relief, emotional healing, and inner resilience.
Whether you’re new to EFT or have been tapping for years, this circle is beginner-friendly and open to all. You’ll be guided step-by-step and shown how to apply EFT to a personal issue of your choice.

EFT is simple to learn, powerful to use, and especially effective in group settings.
In this session, you will learn how to:

  • Release stress, anxiety, and overwhelm
  • Process emotional blocks in a gentle way
  • Feel calmer, more grounded, and clear

We’ll tap together on themes shared by participants.
This is a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for personal growth and emotional wellbeing. You are not alone, and change is possible.
