EFT tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a mind-body technique that combines tapping with focusing on stressful thoughts, emotions, or situations that may be contributing to anxiety.
Rather than only creating a temporary sense of relaxation,
EFT tapping helps work with the emotional charge connected to anxiety,
which is why many people experience a noticeable shift in how they feel.
We’ll begin with a short introduction to EFT tapping, followed by a guided group session where I’ll walk you through the process step by step.
