  • Are there emotions that you believe must be hidden, get rid of, or suppressed, such as anger, sadness or anxiety, but something feels off when you do it, bringing a sense that you can actually allow them to be felt and work with them?

  • Do you experience a harsh inner voice which is critical, judgmental, and rigid, not allowing you to rest, enjoy life, and appreciate what you've done, without feeling guilty or unworthy of (self-)love?

  • Does it seem like the world is going too fast, that your mind is constantly jumping between the past and the future, and that it would be supportive to spend more time in the present moment?

  • Do you already have your practice and would like to take it further? Diving deeper, exploring, and learning more about yourself?

  • Would you like to develop emotional resilience & intelligence, feeling able and resourceful to navigate challenging situations and sensations such as stress and anxiety?

  • Do you feel like a combination of action, reflection, and rest is the way forward so you can nourish and take care of your needs while also having practical resources to use in your daily life?

Then these sessions are for you. They consist of offerings that allow us to slow down, connect, have fun, share, and reflect on our feelings, victories, and struggles, and to nourish ourselves in the presence of like-minded people, building a sense of community.
