This ongoing book discussion series offers a space for men to reflect on loss, identity, and emotional resilience. Participants will engage with structured readings from The Unspoken Grief of Men, a guide that addresses the unique challenges men face when grieving. The group fosters authenticity, vulnerability, and mutual support in a respectful and confidential setting.
Expectations for Participants:
- Commitment to reading assigned chapters before each meeting.
