This October, in honour of World Mental Health Day, we’re turning our attention to the emotional impact of living through constant uncertainty. From global conflicts to everyday stress, even when we’re not directly affected, it can still feel like too much to carry.

This month’s EQ Meetup explores emotional intelligence as emotional first aid, offering tools to help us stay grounded, process our emotions, and support ourselves and others through challenging times.
