
What we’re about
This is meant to be a support resource for those who need help dealing with mental and emotional pain. This group focuses on actively working through anxiety and pain. I’ll draw upon my own 15 years of experience working in mental health, as well as a number of other traditions, such as Zen practice. Online groups will be held, and I offer free one-to-one mentoring which also focuses on addressing feelings of anxiety, fear, sadness, grief, anger, and more. If you’re hurting and want to work on it, we’d love to have you. Members are welcome to message me.
