This is an International Event: Starting times go as follows:

  • Sweden/ Viena/ Spain: 6:00 pm
  • Ireland/ UK: 5:00 pm

According to Martin Seligman (one of the founders of Positive Psychology), there are five main areas that constitute our Wellbeing and Happiness: Positive Emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning and Achievements.

In today´s Meet-up group, we are going to be focusing on the subject of Positive Emotions and how to increase them. If this sounds like something you might enjoy, please come along, it will be nice to meet you :)

Who is this workshop for?
Anybody interested in improving their emotional wellbeing and keen on learning and applying these concepts.

I would like to point out that everybody is welcome regarding their gender, race, sexual orientation or religious beliefs (sorry if I am missing someone else... you are definitely welcome too :)

What can you expect from this meet-up?
This is a coaching-based workshop. Coaching is a discipline that focuses on empowering people to bring the best in them. You can expect a lot of that in our interactions, learning key concepts, group discussions and a lot of powerful questions to help you tailor this learning to suit your needs.

What's Positive Psychology?
Positive Psychology has been defined as “the study of the conditions and processes that contribute to the flourishing (wellbeing) or optimal functioning of people, groups, and institutions” (Gable & Haidt, 2005).
