Men's Meetup Group (Online)

Hi, I’m Walter, a mental health counsellor and your group facilitator.
This is a welcoming space for men of all ages to connect, share, and support one another emotionally. We’ll hold a guided sharing circle where you’re invited to speak openly (or just listen), with no pressure.
Whether you're navigating challenges or looking to deepen your emotional awareness, you're welcome here.
