Join us for a transformative wellness workshop where you can learn to connect with your inner self and practice mindfulness techniques.
DETAILS
The four feelings are neutral life force energies that have information for your life. Your feelings are for and about you and what you are here to create. In this 75 minute space you will be invited into first position of being centered, grounded, and in your own energy, discover in real time the distinction between feelings and emotions, find out how emotions are doorways to healing, and practice with partners Listening and holding space for one another to express from the heart space.
WHAT TO EXPECT
You will be invited to feel anger, fear sadness and joy, and to navigate the distinction between a feeling and an emotion.
HOW TO PREPARE
Prepare to navigate your experiential reality through your emotional body. You will bring your feelings into relating with other people. You will need to have your camera on for these sessions. Bring water (no tea or food or other drinks), a small hand towel, a pen and journal, and a bucket.
SESSION DOOR POLICY
Every Session begins at the scheduled time, and the Zoom room will lock two minutes after we start. Once the container closes, late entry won’t be possible. This helps protect everyone’s focus, safety, and nervous system.
Arrive a little early if you can. Let your body land. Your timeliness supports the whole group.
ABOUT SPACEHOLDER
Beth McNamara is a death & transitions doula and alternative herbalist. She works with feelings practitioners and possibility management distinctions, as well as energetic tools to support human beings in feeling, emotional healing, grieving, activating and using their voice, and being in their center.
