WHAT IS BREATHWORK?
Breathwork is a simple but powerful practice that uses specific breathing patterns to help you release stress, process emotions, and tap into a deeper sense of calm and clarity.
By breathing in an intentional rhythm—actively breathing in, then relaxing as you breathe out—you can shift your mental and emotional state in just minutes. Many people describe feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves afterward.
Think of it as hitting "reset" on your nervous system. No experience needed—just you and your breath.

WHAT TO EXPECT
This is a guided 1-hour session where you'll:

  • Learn the basic breathing technique (it's simple!)
  • Do 2-3 rounds of rhythmic breathing (each round is 5-15 minutes)
  • Rest between rounds to let your body integrate
  • Have time at the end to share reflections or ask questions

Some people feel tingling sensations, emotional release, or deep relaxation. Others experience moments of clarity or insight. Everyone's experience is different—there's no "right" way to do it.

HOW TO PREPARE

  • Get comfortable: Wear loose clothing and find a comfortable place to sit or lie down
  • Create a quiet space: Go somewhere private where you won't be interrupted
  • Turn off distractions: Silence your phone and let others in your home know you need quiet time
  • Come with an open mind: Let the experience unfold naturally

IMPORTANT: DOOR POLICY
The session starts exactly on time, and the Zoom room locks 2 minutes after we begin. Once we start, late entry isn't possible—this protects everyone's focus and creates a safe space for the work.
Please arrive a few minutes early so you can get settled. Your punctuality helps the whole group feel safe and supported.
