Emotional Reset is a guided step by step process that helps you meet and integrate challenging emotions rather than push them away.
We work with the inner system gently and clearly so the body can soften and the mind can unclench.

You will be guided through layers of sensation, memory, belief, and emotion until your system finds a quieter center again. It is a space to bring what feels overwhelming and let it unwind inside a clear structure that holds you with care and precision.

WHAT IS IT?
This is a live, guided session that helps you process difficult emotions in a safe, structured way. Instead of avoiding hard feelings or getting stuck in them, you'll learn how to move through them with support.
Think of it like having a trusted guide help you untangle emotional knots, gently, at your own pace, without having to explain your whole life story to anyone.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE SESSIONS?
You'll be guided through a step-by-step process to notice what you're feeling, where you feel it in your body, and what it's connected to.
Most people experience a noticeable shift: from feeling overwhelmed or stuck to feeling calmer and clearer within about 90 minutes. You might feel emotions come up and then settle. You might gain new insights about yourself. Many people describe it as finally being able to take a deep breath again.
The beautiful part? You don't have to share your personal story with the group unless you choose to. This work happens internally, with the facilitator guiding you.

HOW TO PREPARE

  • Find a quiet, private space where you won't be interrupted
  • Bring a notebook and pen
  • Have water or tea nearby
  • Come with an open mind and whatever's been weighing on your heart

This is your time to be honest with yourself in a space that's designed to hold you with care.

SESSION DOOR POLICY
Every Session begins at the scheduled time, and the Zoom room will lock two minutes after we start. Once the container closes, late entry won’t be possible. This helps protect everyone’s focus, safety, and nervous system. Arrive a little early if you can. Let your body land. Your timeliness supports the whole group.
