What we’re about
This group is best for people who seek and value growth and connection. Our primary focus is on co-creating a safe and supportive space to explore Emotional Wellness. Together, we'll delve into depth psychology, engage in hands-on exercises, and explore a diverse range of emotional health topics. We aim to establish a welcoming forum for meaningful discussions and immersive experiences while nurturing support and understanding. All backgrounds are celebrated.
*If you have an idea for a meetup or you’d like to share your emotional-health related offering with the community please reach out to Diana
