Emotional Health Meetup Group

Joining a run club supports emotional health by giving you steady rhythm, shared motivation, and a sense of belonging—helping your body regulate, your spirit reconnect, and your joy return through community in motion.

We meet in the parking lot of Southern Streams (park in the Congressional Church parking lot right across) for a morning run every Tuesday morning at 7:30 am. You can run with the group or on your own, or a little bit of both. You set your own pace and distance. We usually run 3-4 miles. Some people stay for coffee and a chat afterwards at Southern Streams, but it's not mandatory.
