This talk is facilitated by the Carl Jung and Depth Psychology of Asheville meet-up.
The discussion unpacks how the archetypal feminine (anima) possesses modern women, especially in spiritual circles—and what real integration looks like.
- Five archetypes of anima possession (Asheville examples)
- Why the sacred feminine is inflating now
- The path from soul-symbol to human woman
- How this applies to men (their projections) and women (their identity)
Diana Deaver holds an MA in Jungian and Archetypal Studies from Pacifica Graduate Institute and has facilitated depth-focused coaching and small group work for over a decade. Her work centers on archetypal exploration through dream symbolism, emotional inquiry, and digital imagery. She is especially interested in how the unconscious speaks through image, emotion, and symbol in the modern psyche.
