Mental Health Walk in Hendersonville

Walking reduces stress, lifts mood, improves focus, and supports emotional resilience by boosting endorphins and calming the nervous system. A mental health walk is a deliberate walk taken to clear the mind, reduce stress, and support emotional well-being.
We are gathering in the parking lot of Southern Streams Coffee Shop in Hendersonville to walk the Ecusta Trail. Upon returning those who wish to socialize further can join us for a cup of coffee/tea and a snack at Sothern Streams.
This will be a leisurely walk. You set your own pace. You can keep to yourself or make friends. The point is to get out of the house, enjoy some fresh air and experience something in the community.
Come as you are! (but maybe wear walking shoes)
By signing up for this meet-up you release Emotional Health Coaching and its practitioners from any liability from and responsibility for injury, accident, illness, legal, and medical fees sustained now or in the future resulting from your participation in any class, activity, or use of the studio space.
