ADHD & Neurodivergence Open Discussion, Psychologist Led

Details

ADHD Discussion- Psychologist-Led
I'm hosting a relaxed, supportive space for adults living with ADHD (diagnosed or self-identifying). This isn’t a workshop or a lecture—it’s a space to share, connect, and feel a little less alone in the chaos.
We'll talk about the real-life stuff: overwhelm, relationships, work struggles, time blindness, emotional rollercoasters—and the weird, wonderful parts too. Come as you are. No pressure to share if you're not ready.

Topics
23.05- discovering strenghts and resources of people living with ADHD
27.06- most common challenges in relationships
19.09- time management and self- care

💬 Led by me—a psychologist working with ADHD
💸 Low priced tickets to help cover the space
📍 Sorauer Str. 30, 10997 Berlin
Whether you're newly diagnosed, deep in the neurodivergent trenches, or just looking to be around people who get it—you're welcome here.

This is not an event to substitute therapy nor a support group.

Doors open 15 min before the start.
If you are late we will not be able to let you in.

Water, tea and coffee will be served.
Please note that the studio is a food-free space designed to be allergy-friendly.
As such, no smoking, pets, or outside food are permitted inside.

Feel free to message me with questions.
Hope to see you soon ✨
