Sound Bath with Crystal Triangles & Wavedrum-10:30am-Sunday-Mandorla-Auburndale

Richard will be doing the sound bath meditation with Crystal Triangles and Wavedrum.

The Crystal Triangles are difference from the Singing Bowls.
Each Crystal Triangles can give you 1-3 different frequency sounds in each Triangle. Richard has multiple Crystal Triangles sing at different frequencies.

The Wavedrum that Richard uses is the Large drum. It sounds like the waves from the ocean.
