Join us as we practice accessing a higher level of consciousness during the Spirit Guide Power Hour Meditation Zoom Class ($20)!

RELAX, Recharge & Renew for your week! This meditation class is designed to surround the group with high vibrational transformative energy to EMPOWER you in reaching new levels of peace.

This class also gives you a chance to explore different options for meditation to both enhance and heal your life in many ways. We work with multiple types of meditation, "guided" as well as "free-form" PLUS host a spiritual topic for conversation/learning.

All respectful seekers are welcome, no experience is necessary to attend. If you are new to meditation and feel you have not been successful in the past, I invite you to join us and learn a new way to experience this process. ** This is a great way to start building your intuitive connections to the Angels & Spirit Guides!

This class may run over 1 hour at times depending on the flow of discussion, etc. Additionally, upon formally registering you will receive the unique Zoom link with the password code for this class.

** I strongly recommend using headphones or earbuds while in class to gain the full effects of the theta & binaural healing sound therapy.

* There are no refunds for cancellations since you will be emailed a link to the recorded class/replays in the event you cannot make the date.
