Self-Empathy – What do you do when someone triggers you?
Details
Someone says something, gives you a certain look, or doesn’t reply – and suddenly you feel angry, hurt, or unsure of yourself.
What happens inside you then? And how can you listen to yourself before reacting?
In this session, we’ll explore self-empathy through Nonviolent Communication (NVC). We’ll notice the thoughts and feelings that arise and explore the needs behind them.
After a short introduction to the theme, we’ll practice in pairs or as a group. You’re invited to bring an everyday situation that triggers you. We’ll support each other through empathic listening – without advice or judgement.
It’s not about finding a solution. This is a space to meet yourself with curiosity and kindness and connect with what matters to you.
I look forward to seeing you and sharing this time together!ㅤ
