We work with a variety of self-discovery exercises that invite you to explore your thoughts, feelings, patterns, and life situations from new perspectives.

These exercises are complemented by a technique called Symbolon, which uses images and symbols to help us connect with our subconscious and discover deeper layers of ourselves.
The images and symbols can offer fresh insights, deepen self-awareness, and help us look at familiar situations in a new way.

Each time, we introduce a new self-discovery tool or exercise, while working with symbols remains an integral part of the process.
And sometimes, simply talking openly in a warm, empathetic, and accepting environment can be meaningful and healing in itself.
