Empauher Neurospicy Improv is an inclusive theatrical improv space designed for neurodivergent, LGBT+, and professional lesbian women, as well as allies, to explore self-improvement through improv in a trans-inclusive and welcoming environment. It’s perfect for those new to improv and experienced improvisers and comedians looking to perform, enhance their skills, and build confidence in public speaking, leadership, and teamwork.

Through acting, courses, and workshops, participants develop spontaneity, communication skills, and adaptability while improving relationships and fostering deeper connections. It’s also ideal for entrepreneurs who want to strengthen their presence, creativity, and collaboration skills in networking and business settings. Emphasizing cultural diversity, this space supports individuals from varied backgrounds in finding their unique voice through improv.

Workshop levels vary—some are mixed ability, while others focus on beginners or advanced performers, providing a structured yet flexible approach to learning. In addition to regular classes, Empauher offers weekend retreats, allowing participants to immerse themselves in improv, creativity, and personal growth in a supportive, rejuvenating setting.
