Your donation helps move this vision forward—so together, we can empower neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ individuals to thrive. 💜
Founded by Ginny Evans-Pollard, a queer neurodivergent coach and creative entrepreneur, Empauher is rooted in the belief that diversity is our strength. We create LGBTQIA+ positive spaces where neurodivergent identities are embraced and your voice matters.
🧠 Neurodivergent Queers is a community within Empauher created specifically for LGBTQIA+ individuals who identify as queer and neurodivergent. Neurodivergent is a term that describes people whose brains work differently from what is considered “neurotypical.” This includes autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and other cognitive differences—whether formally diagnosed or self-identified.
We celebrate these unique ways of thinking, feeling, and experiencing the world. This group is a safe space for connection, creativity, and mutual support. Whether you’re just beginning to explore your neurodivergence or fully embracing it, we welcome you to share your journey, uplift others, and find belonging.
💻 What We Offer
✅ Monthly online socials for informal connection and community
✅ Monthly 1-hour virtual support coaching in small groups
✅ Monthly in-person evening meetups for local members
✅ Weekend intensives and in-person retreats for deeper exploration, well being artistic activities and rest
✅ Online workshops and coaching circles for growth and creativity
This isn’t just space coaching —it’s a movement for inclusive leadership, radical rest, and community empowerment.
You don’t need to identify as LGBTQIA+ to engage with our wider events, but we ask everyone to honour and respect the inclusive, affirming nature of the space.
📣 Please take a moment to read this group description—and if you have any thoughts or feedback, I’d love to hear from you! Feel free to message me privately or share in the group.
Let’s create spaces that reflect who we are—and support one another in all our brilliance. 🌈

## 🎤 About the Show
In Oops, My Neurodiversity Is Showing?!, the beautifully messy realities of LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent lives take centre stage.
This one-of-a-kind show fuses scripted monologues—based on real stories from queer and neurodiverse voices—with fast-paced, unscripted improv that brings their experiences to life in unexpected, hilarious, and heartwarming ways.
Performers, who have never seen the short two-minute "Oops" monologues before, take a single line, theme, or absurd moment and spin it into spontaneous, laugh-out-loud scenes.
From ADHD-fueled dating disasters and executive dysfunction mishaps to the unfiltered honesty of coming out, masking, and finding community, each performance is a celebration of the queer, neurodivergent experience in all its brilliance. 🌈## About Queen Queerlysh
Queen Queerlysh is the bold, irreverent alter ego of Ginny Evans-Pollard — a comedic storyteller and seasoned improviser who brings sharp wit, theatrical flair, and chaotic joy to the performance. Her work celebrates queer identity, neurodivergent truth, and the power of laughing at life’s messiest moments.
