**Speaker #1: Dave Rowen**
Dave Rowan is a Certified Financial Planner and the founder of Rowan Financial.  He helps real estate investors, professionals and entrepreneurs grow and protect their wealth.  Dave can relate personally to his clients who are real estate investors because he also own real estate.  At various points he has owned short term rentals, fix and flips, rent to owns and traditional rentals.  

Currently his focus is on co-living spaces either for young professionals or for returning citizens, recovering addicts or other low-income tenants who need affordable housing.  Dave specializes in helping new or current real estate investors kick start or grow their investment real estate portfolio.  He was born and raised in the Lehigh Valley and currently lives with his wife Stacy in Bethlehem.

**Speaker #2: Rick Hecker**
Rick J. Hecker joined Conestoga Title Insurance Company in 2018 as Underwriting Counsel and has since achieved the position of Sr. Vice President – General Counsel, marking a successful 5-year journey with the company.

Before embarking on his tenure at Conestoga Title Insurance Co., Rick served as a shareholder in a small law firm located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. There, he assumed the crucial role of overseeing the firm's in-house real estate department. He distinguished himself by representing numerous real estate investors within Lancaster County and its surrounding areas.

His expertise proved invaluable in facilitating complex transactions involving the acquisition and divestiture of distressed properties, including foreclosure, tax sale, and REO properties. As Sr. Vice President – General Counsel at Conestoga Title Insurance Company, Rick now actively
engages with title agents in the Mid-Atlantic Region, addressing similar real estate challenges.

Rick earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from Hillsdale College and achieved his J.D. with honors from Liberty University School of Law. Beyond his professional roles, he finds fulfillment as a husband and the father of three daughters, all of whom fall within the range of nine to five years old.
