This safe sacred space is created to support you in becoming more mindful, energised, happier and relaxed as we gently release the emotional heaviness that can weigh you down.

Together, we’ll be guided through simple, powerful process developed to release negative emotions and upsets, using a blend of Tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques) hypnosis & NLP (inspired by Faster EFT Tapping) designed to help you welcome and let go of difficult feelings with compassion.

It involves tapping on specific acupressure points on the body to recalibrate the nervous system, while focusing on a distressing emotion or situation. This technique aims to restore energy balance and reduce stress, anxiety, and other psychological symptoms to promote emotional well-being.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or just need a reset, these sessions offer a safe, supportive environment to:

✨Reconnect with your inner calm, clarity, and lightness
✨Lift your mood

No experience necessary. Even if you’ve never tapped or meditated before, or found it hard in the past, you’re warmly welcome here.

Sometimes the hardest thing is to pause and feel what’s there. That’s why we do it together—so you don’t have to go it alone.

It feels really good to show care & compassion by opening ourselves to the feelings we have tried to previously shut off.

Let this be your moment to breathe, heal, release, and come home to yourself.

Structure:
First 5-10 minutes will be an intro where we can all chat and say hello, and set your intention.

Next 30-40 minutes will be group tapping / emotional release that helps us connect with parts of ourselves that are often outside our conscious awareness, & use positive affirmations to help rewire our thought patterns.

Last 10-15 minutes is time for us all to chat about anything we feel like.
