Welcome to "Empower Thee" - a heart-led space for personal and spiritual growth in Esperance.
This is a supportive weekly gathering where we explore inner wisdom, build self-awareness, and reconnect with our true selves. Whether you're on a healing journey, seeking soulful connection, or ready to grow in a nurturing environment - you're in the right place.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Guided conversations and useful tools on energetic hygiene/protection, establishing boundaries, self-compassion and spiritual alignment.
- Grounding practices.
- A calm, welcoming space for 5 - 10 people
When: Wednesdays, 1:30pm - 2:30pm
Where: Lotteries House (Interview Room), Forrest Street, Esperance
