Presentation on Sound Healing including an Inner Harmony Sound Bath

Diana Pirzada will be presenting on Sound Healing and guiding us through a sound bath.
Diana is a San Antonio native. A certified Yoga instructor RYT 200 and certified Sacred Sound Healing therapist. Sound healing therapy is her passion. Her goal with sound is to get you into a theta state. A state of deep meditation where the magic happens.
I have been to several of Diana's sound baths and I can tell you from experience, I go deep. She is truly a master with crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and all her sound instruments. This gathering is not to be missed.
Feel free to bring a yoga mat, bolster, eye mask or whatever will help you in the sound bath segment. We will reserve areas for meditation seated in chairs, seated against the wall on the floor or fully extended.
