Empower Hiking & Meditation Women's Group
Join us for a moderate hike along the beautiful trails near Newburgh Lake. This scenic route begins at the parking lot facing Lake Pointe Yacht Club.

Please bring water, wear comfortable hiking shoes, and feel free to bring your headphones for the guided meditation during the hike.

Our gathering will begin with a brief meet-and-greet, giving everyone an opportunity to introduce themselves and connect. We will then enjoy a scenic hike together, followed by a relaxing meditation session in nature.

This is a wonderful opportunity to meet like-minded women, enjoy the outdoors, practice mindfulness, and recharge in a supportive community.
Please note that this is a moderate hike and may include uneven terrain. If you have any mobility limitations or concerns, we would be happy to see you at a future event featuring an easier park trail or paved walking path.
