What we’re about
In a world that’s more connected than ever through technology, many of us find ourselves feeling more isolated and disconnected. We were meant to live in community, to share our experiences, and to support one another—yet modern life often leaves us feeling alone in our struggles. This group is for those who feel the weight of this "loneliness epidemic" and are seeking a deeper, more meaningful connection with others.
Together, we will create a space for authentic conversations and healing, where we can share openly and vulnerably, free from judgment.
Group events will include "Sister Circles". Each Sister Circle will allow for each participant to answer a question that will spark conversation that goes beyond the surface.
After the Sister Circles, we will be guided through a yoga and somatic therapy routine where we will learn to reconnect with ourselves and with one another on a deeper level.
There will also be opportunities for women's retreats, both internationally and local. The April 2025 retreat to Costa Rica is already under way! See the event for more details!
Through this journey, we will explore how to nurture our emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being, while rebuilding the sense of community that we were always meant to have. Whether you're struggling with isolation or simply seeking a more profound sense of connection, this group is a place to heal, grow, and find belonging.

We'll start with a "Sister Circle": a structured conversation intended to allow participants to "dig deeper" and make meaningful connections. After our Circle, Jasmin, the group leader, will guide everyone through a beginner friendly, deep stretch yoga routine.
This event fosters both collective and individual healing. Whether you're looking for connection, sisterhood, or time to go inward and tap into your own intuition, the bi-weekly Sister Circles have the yin and the yang for your healing journey! For our 5/31 Circle we will discuss the relationship between shame and vulnerability.
