Empowered in Tech and Unicorns in Tech, the LGBTIQ+ Tech Community, in collaboration with 42 Berlin, come together to invite you to a new FLINTA Talk Night: an event designed to explore and address career challenges, offering a space for FLINTA* professionals to reflect, learn and connect.

19:00 – Workshop: Break Through Career Roadblocks: Identify Career-Blocking Habits & Take Action. Facilitated by Sandra-Lorena Bahlmann.
Many tech professionals unknowingly sabotage their own careers. In fast-paced environments that demand constant learning and adaptation, hidden habits can keep you stuck or slow your growth.
This interactive workshop helps participants:
✔️ Identify career-blocking habits
✔️ Brainstorm small but powerful shifts for real impact
✔️ Choose one concrete action to implement within 24 hours

This evening will be kindly hosted by 42 Berlin, a free coding school in Berlin that trains software engineers up to masters level. Their campus is located in central Neukölln, open 24/7 and offers facilities to students free of charge.
