As a first-time mum myself (I’m 7 months pregnant!), I know how important it is to have a safe space to share the joys, the fears, and everything in between.

This gathering is for new mums and expecting mums who want to connect, share wisdom, and feel less alone on this path.

There’s no judgment here — just open hearts and honest conversations.

What to Expect:

  • A warm welcome and introductions
  • Guided grounding meditation
  • Guided sharing circle where each mum has space to talk about her story, anxieties, or hopes for motherhood
  • Time to exchange tips, wisdom, and encouragement with one another
  • Closing reflection to leave you feeling supported and uplifted

What to Bring:

  • Yourself, just as you are
  • A notebook and pen (optional, if you’d like to jot down insights)
  • A cup of tea or something comforting to sip on
