Noni Banks started and grew The Diva Movement using social media, by launching her business on Facebook in 2012. The Diva Movement has a global following reaching hundreds of thousands of women.

Her ability to reach and connect with women on social media, in authentic ways, was recognized on a national level from Facebook and Instagram. The Diva Movement was invited to join the Facebook Small Business Council in 2018 and to become a founding member of the Leaders Network, in 2019, because of the growth of The Diva Movement's Facebook groups.
