Mindful Walking Group for Women in Midlife (In-Person)

Hi everyone!
For those of us in the Cambridge, Ontario area, I'm thrilled to invite you to an in-person gathering that combines the grounding power of nature with the peace of mindfulness.
We will meet at the Little Tract Hiking Trail Main Entrance -
Find it: Go North 2km on Townline Rd. in Cambridge to Wellington Rd. 34. Turn East and go about 2.5km and the entrance of the trail is on the left.
Join our Mindful Walking Group designed specifically for women in midlife. This isn't about speed or distance; it's about slowing down, tuning into your senses, and experiencing the restorative benefits of walking with awareness.
During our walk, we will:
- Practice simple mindful walking techniques to bring your awareness to your body and surroundings.
- Engage our senses to deepen our connection with nature.
- Enjoy a gentle pace that allows for both reflection and connection.
- Conclude with a short guided meditation
This is a wonderful opportunity to step away from daily demands, embrace the outdoors, and connect with other like-minded women in a supportive and refreshing way. Please wear comfortable shoes and dress appropriately for the weather.
Please note that if it is raining hard (a light sprinkle of rain we will still continue with our mindful walk) I will reschedule to the next Saturday, June 28 at 10:30am.
