The first book this group will read is "How To Do The Work" by Dr. Nicole LePera. We will read a set number of chapters between each session (to be determined by the group during our meetings). We will then discuss the questions Dr. LePera asks at the end of each chapter.

Please purchase your own copy of the book prior to the first meeting.
