Explore Your Truth: A Guided Self-Inquiry Session (Virtual Event)
Details
Come as you are. Leave with insight.
This session is inspired by The Work by Byron Katie—a powerful process of questioning stressful thoughts—but we’ll take it further. You’ll be guided through deeper reflections to uncover what’s beneath the thought and open space for new perspectives.
What you’ll experience:
- A short grounding practice to help you arrive
- A brief introduction to The Work and how we’ll go beyond it
- Time to identify a stressful thought and explore it using guided prompts from the worksheet linked below
- 1–2 participants (depending on time) will be facilitated 1:1 in the group setting. If no one volunteers, we will conduct a group session involving everyone.
- Everyone else will observe, reflect, and take notes using their own thought as a reference
You’ll see how this process works in real time and leave with practical tools you can use on your own.
This is for you if:
- You feel stressed, stuck, or triggered by certain thoughts or situations
- You want a practical and honest way to work through mental patterns
- You’re curious about self-inquiry and open to going deeper than surface solutions
- You’d like to witness how guided questioning can shift your perspective
No experience is needed—just bring a journal, something to write with, and a quiet space to join from.
Come with curiosity. Leave with insight and tools for clarity.
